With the business since 1984, Ian drives Mican’s company vision and builds excellent client relationships. Ensuring quality remains consistent, IOSH-accredited Ian also takes on responsibilities for quantity surveying and health and safety.
Elaine Morgan
Office Administrator
With prior construction industry experience, Elaine joined Mican in 2015 with responsibility for the day-to-day handling of office administration, finances and the overall management of business operations.
Mark Woods
Contracts Manager
With an excellent approach to customer service, Mark is responsible for our onsite project management. Benefiting from over 30 years’ experience, Mark ensures the efficient management of site teams, quality assurance and on-time delivery of projects.
Neil Holdsworth
Customer Service Manager
Highly experienced in contract and commercial plastering, Neil ensures exceptional customer satisfaction across Mican’s sites. Coordinating patching teams, customer care and snagging, and a strong communicator, Neil’s commitment to quality of service is second to none.
Adrian Taylor
Site Supervisor
Having worked with Mican for many years on the tools, Adrian enjoys excellent understanding of our work, clients and high standards. Now a Site Supervisor, Adrian leads and supports our plastering contractor teams across the North West.
Hannah Bardsley
Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Taking the leap into the construction sector as a career change in 2023, Hannah’s training with Mican to become a Quantity Surveyor. With excellent maths and communication skills, Hannah is responsible for our cost management, looking after valuations and estimating tenders.
