Developed by Jones Homes, The Sanctuary is situated at Bromley Cross on the outskirts of Bolton, and is the latest in Jones’ line of mature living concepts in the North West.

Mican Plastering is delivering plastering services to around 100 units, both apartments and homes, having successfully completed the same package of work at the client’s The Sanctuary site in Wilmslow.  

The Sanctuary will, once completed, provide not only a home but a complete community for its residents. A new swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, gym, sauna, spa and leisure hub will promote active lifestyles, supported by other social amenities all within easy reach of The Sanctuary’s homeowners.

Mican Plastering will be completing plastering works to the pool and leisure hub facility, complementing our commercial plastering services and bringing a quality finish to The Sanctuary’s complete development.
