Mican appointed to work with Jones Homes on The Sanctuary, Last Drop Village

Continuing to roll out its mature living concept, Jones Homes is currently developing its new ‘The Sanctuary’ site at Last Drop Village, Bromley Cross on the outskirts of Bolton.

Mican Plastering is delighted to have been awarded the delivery of plastering services to around 100 units, comprising both apartments and homes targeted to an over-55s audience. Our team expects to start work on site in April 2020.

This latest appointment follows successful delivery of The Sanctuary at Wilmslow, an award-winning site which has created a unique community offering excellent amenities and facilities enjoyed by residents.
