Our Mican Plastering team is pleased to work closely with British Gypsum as part of its SpecSure® unique warranty scheme.

SpecSure® has been devised by British Gypsum to give property developers and homebuyers confidence that their systems and products have been used properly, guaranteeing the performance of products for the lifetime of the building.

The scheme guarantees that work has been undertaken using high-quality components designed for a high level of performance, is tested in UKAS accredited fire, acoustic and structural test laboratories and will be supported by British Gypsum for the lifetime of the building.

Mican is required to use products to specific requirements, and inspections by British Gypsum on our sites ensure that warranties are maintained and specifications followed. To qualify for the scheme, we must follow all recommendations and written guidance, and use only high-quality British Gypsum products in our work.

Benefiting our developer clients, SpecSure® provides a warranty which forms part of the property’s sales pack, giving additional reassurance and unique selling points to buyers.
