Project brief

Enjoying an excellent position for access to Manchester and the wider North West, and with open countryside nearby that encourages residents to get out and about, Bridgewater View is a convenient development by Redrow that will comprise 103 3- and 4-bedroom Heritage Collection and Harwood Homes properties.

Home styles are varied and feature plenty of points of interest, including versatile open-plan living spaces, characterful exteriors and sleek, modern interiors with excellent customisation options that allow homebuyers to create their own unique look.

Mican Plastering’s services

Mican Plastering is appointed by Redrow to deliver internal dry lining plastering services to Bridgewater View, including both Heritage and Harwood collection properties. The development includes 44 Heritage Collection plots and 33 Harwood Homes plots, with 26 affordable homes completing the site.

Benefiting from plastering experience on major developments since 1975, Mican Plastering is well-positioned to deliver Bridgewater View for our housebuilder client. Our site supervisor ensures the quality and consistency of our work across the site, working collaboratively with other contractors and Redrow’s own team to finish every property to an excellent standard.

Project completion

Appointed in Q2 2021, Mican’s team has commenced work on our first plots. The site’s Sales Centre is now open, and the first phase of properties released for reservation and sale.

With initial 3-bedroom homes already reserved, Mican is looking forward to working with Redrow and establishing a strong relationship which will bring Bridgewater View to a successful conclusion in the months to come.
