Project brief

Cheshire village Wincham enjoys an excellent location just outside Northwich, with good access to nearby rural walks, attractions and country parks. Brook View, a new development by Russell Homes, is a semi-rural site comprising 103 new properties including 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes as well as affordable homes and apartments.

Mican Plastering is appointed to all 103 plots at Brook View, helping our client to create this new community for Wincham in a peaceful parkland setting that’s convenient for amenities including schools, leisure and retail. Commuters will benefit from excellent transport links to Manchester, Chester and the wider North West, with homes which carry broad appeal for families, professionals, first-time buyers and those looking to downsize.

Mican Plastering’s services

Mican’s plastering contractor team in Cheshire is appointed to deliver both internal drylining and external render services to Brook View’s timber-framed properties, working closely alongside our client and its other appointed contractors to ensure efficient progress throughout the site as each plot nears completion.

The development’s site plan features 9 different house types, each designed for contemporary, modern lifestyles with comfortable bathrooms, stylish kitchens and relaxing lounges to welcome families and visitors. Mican Plastering will finish all interiors ready for paint, and will apply external render to ‘Turner’ and ‘Roberts’ homes to meet each property’s specification. As ever, all work will be supervised by our own site supervisors, each trained in-house to ensure quality and consistency of service.

Project completion

Construction at Brook View commenced in early 2022, with the site due to progress considerably over the year.

Once construction of the Sales Suite is complete, plots will be released for sale with plenty of interest expected for this attractive development.
