Occupying a large site in a desirable location, Cheerbrook Gardens is a new development with excellent access to Cheshire, Crewe, north Wales and the wider North West giving homes wide appeal to buyers from families to first-time homeowners.

Apartments, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes are situated close to local facilities, and Wainhomes’ designs offer great versatility to suit many lifestyles. Mican is appointed to Cheerbrook to deliver internal plastering services across all properties, finishing to the exceptional standards we’re known for.

Mican Plastering’s services

Mican Plastering is appointed to deliver internal plastering and dry lining services to 101 plots at Cheerbrook Gardens, ranging from affordable housing properties and apartments to large 5-bedroom family homes. Our team has also installed metal ceilings in apartment units, and completed the site’s show home prior to marketing of the development.

Mican has worked alongside Wainhomes and its other site contractors since Q4 2018, utilising leading materials and consistently managing our work through our own trained site supervisors to ensure quality standards are maintained across every property.

Project completion

Work has progressed at Cheerbrook Gardens throughout 2020, with construction managed in phases since 2018 and a completion date to be confirmed.

Supporting the site following recommendation, Mican Plastering is pleased to undertake internal plastering, metal ceiling and dry lining work for this quality new development.
