Project brief

Copperfields, on Dickens Lane in Poynton, Cheshire will deliver 3 and 4-bedroom homes surrounded by countryside, well-placed for first-time buyers and families to enjoy access to outdoor amenities, including the Peak District which is home to the UK’s first national park, lakes and a great choice of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Internal specifications are designed to the highest standard, featuring luxury fitted kitchens, appliances by leading manufacturers and beautiful bathrooms arranged in comfortable layouts which invite offer open living to suit modern family life.

Internal dry lining and plastering services delivered for Bellway's new residential development in Cheshire

Mican Plastering’s services

Mican Plastering was appointed by Bellway to deliver dry lining and plastering services to Copperfields in Poynton, Cheshire. Starting on site at the beginning of 2023, Mican supported Bellway and its appointed contractors throughout the initial phases of the development, with all work managed and quality assured by our dedicated site manager.

80+, 3 and 4-bedroom homes are to be constructed at Copperfields’ site, targeted in particular at families. Mican Plastering is using industry-leading plastering systems to complete homes at Copperfields, backed by our team’s expertise and experience to ensure the prompt progression and completion of stunning new homes in Poynton, Cheshire.

Project completion

With the majority of the site’s plots completed and sold, Mican’s skilled team continues to work closely alongside Bellway and its other appointed contractors to quality-assure each home’s plastering finish prior to completion, as this executive development progresses.

We are delighted to be working with Bellway at Copperfields and look forward to bringing the site to completion in the months ahead.
