Alderstone Park is projected to comprise 228, 2, 3, 4, 5-bedroom homes located just a few miles from Preston city centre. Situated in the heart of Lancashire’s rural countryside, but with convenient access to amenities and transport links, entertainment options and career opportunities in regional centres including Preston, Lancaster, Blackpool and Blackburn, these stylish new homes in Great Eccleston will appeal to first-time buyers, families and commuters alike.

Mican Plastering is appointed to all 228 plots at Alderstone Park, helping our client to create beautifully finished new build houses in a highly sought-after location, ready for buyers to move into and call home.
