Project brief
Comprising approximately 262 units ranging from 2-bedroom homes and apartments to executive 5-bedroom properties, Eccleston Grange is situated on the outskirts of St Helens and offers residents excellent links both into St Helens itself and to the wider Knowsley and Merseyside areas.
The development is targeted to a wide audience, with designs centred on modern and contemporary living styles. Working alongside our client, Mican has delivered plastering services throughout all properties, finishing to an exceptional standard in keeping with our client’s commitment to quality.
Mican Plastering’s services
Mican Plastering has been appointed to deliver internal dry lining and external render plastering services on all 262 units at Eccleston Grange. Working on site from 2014, our team has supported this long-term development consistently throughout.
Quality assured by our Site Supervisors, our team has utilised K-Rend products as specified by our client, and external render is completed to a scrape finish. Having worked with this client on many notable North West developments, Mican enjoys an excellent understanding of client preferences, enabling us to work efficiently to a standard which meets – and exceeds – expectations.
Project completion
Mican completed work at Eccleston Grange in late 2019, having worked on site in phases since 2014.
With almost all properties sold by completion, we’re delighted to have played a part in this prestigious development which will bring new character and investment to the local area.
