Mican Plastering is working alongside Kingswood Homes to deliver plastering services to phase 2 of Green Hills, encompassing 63 plots. The development features barn-inspired residential properties and two interlinking village greens, creating a sense of community and open space. As the name suggests, Green Hills offers homeowners fabulous views across Lancashire.
Initially launched in 2017, the development has been designed by Gerardine Hemingway MBE and Wayne Hemingway to ensure that every home is a bespoke, detailed and carefully crafted space for professionals, first-time buyers and families.
Mican Plastering’s services
Mican Plastering has been appointed to undertake internal plastering and external render across the 63 plots of Green Hills phase 2. Comprising 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes and apartments, the development requires a sizeable team managed by our own Site Supervisors.
Internal plastering and dry lining is finished to a perfectly smooth standard, with external render utilising Weber materials and incorporating a scrape finish to the client’s specifications. Our attention to detail and expert site team will work alongside the client and others on site to fully manage and quality assure our services to completion.
Project completion
Mican started work on site at Green Hills in June 2019, with the project expected to take around 18 months to complete.
