Project brief
Heath Farm in Partington, Greater Manchester, occupies an excellent location just outside Manchester city centre, offering easy access for commuters as well as convenient proximity to Cheshire and its surrounding open areas. With good local schools and amenities, Heath Farm’s 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes will establish a vibrant community meeting many different needs.
Homes are designed for modern living, with stylish and contemporary fixtures and fittings, open plan kitchen diners and well-appointed bedrooms, and Heath Farm’s site plan includes affordable homes that help first-time buyers get a step on the ladder.
Mican Plastering’s services
Mican Plastering was appointed by Linden Homes, under Vistry Group, to deliver internal dry lining plastering services and external rendering to each phase at Heath Farm. Starting on site in 2021, our team supported Linden’s client and contractor teams throughout the initial phases of the development, with all work managed and quality assured by our dedicated site supervisor.
Specified by our client in its development plan, Mican Plastering used British Gypsum products at Heath Farm, with a Weber scraped finish on the externals of specific plots, to complement the semi-rural styling of the development. British Gypsum’s Specsure® warranty provides an additional layer of protection for homebuyers, giving customers confidence in Mican’s plastering systems.
Project completion
Mican has completed internal dry lining plastering for Heath Farm in Partington, with the majority of homes sold and occupied by satisfied new residents.
Our dedicated team is thrilled to have worked with Vistry Group, Bovis Homes and Linden Homes on completing this beautiful new site in Greater Manchester, and looks forward to working with our developer clients again.
