Project brief

Mican was selected by Taylor Wimpey to supply both internal plastering and external rendering services to Highgrove Park in Ormskirk, Lancashire.

The development consists of over 300 plots, comprising a combination of apartment units and detached and semi-detached homes ranging in size from two- to five-bedroom. Construction is of a traditional build, with the outstanding development pinpointed as a highlight in Taylor Wimpey’s portfolio.

Mican Plastering’s services

Our team commenced work on site in mid-2017 and Mican continues to be present continually, working alongside the developer to complete dry lining and plastering throughout the interiors of all properties. In addition, we have been appointed to undertake external rendering on a selection of properties as required.

As with all Mican projects, Highgrove Park is fully-managed and supervised by our team to ensure quality of finish, consistency of service and, ultimately, client satisfaction.

Project completion

Highgrove Park is under construction, scheduled for completion in the next couple of years.

This development is of an exceptional quality, with green open spaces and cycle ways to encourage residents to make the most of their home and the local area. Mican is proud to be associated with Highgrove Park.
