Located in the heart of Anfield, Edinburgh Park’s range of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, plus 2, 3 and 4-bedroom new homes will appeal to first-time buyers, young professionals and families alike, surrounded by attractive parks and gardens, sports centres, open play areas and footpaths, making for a peaceful setting on the outskirts of Liverpool’s thriving city.

Persimmon’s site at Edinburgh Park includes attractive and modern homes, featuring bright open-plan kitchens and dining rooms and clever storage ideas, creating practical as well as stylish living spaces. During Q1 2023, Mican Plastering’s Merseyside team got internal dry lining plastering underway at this site comprising 200+ plots at Persimmon Homes’ Edinburgh Park development in Anfield, Liverpool.

Mican Plastering’s services

Mican Plastering was appointed during Q1 2023 by Persimmon Homes to complete internal dry lining to all 200+ plots on site in Merseyside at Edinburgh Park, Anfield, creating a desirable new community just 4 miles from Liverpool’s lively city centre.

Project managed by our own site supervisors to quality assure each home as the development progresses, Mican’s internal dry lining and plastering services to 200+ plots will prepare each home for painting and finishing to a consistently high standard, whilst ensuring good communication with the client team.

Project completion

Persimmon Homes’ Edinburgh Park commenced at the beginning of 2023, with now over half of the site’s plots completed and up for sale.

Mican Plastering looks forward to working with Persimmon Homes towards completion in the coming months of Edinburgh Park, Anfield, Liverpool as its plastering contractor.
