Project brief
Moss Bank Gardens is projected to comprise 120, energy efficient 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes just a stone's throw away from Mican’s office HQ in Leigh, Greater Manchester. Homes will include electric vehicle chargers, helping new residents to save money through cost-efficient home charging whilst contributing to a greener future in the local area.
The development benefits from convenient access to many local amenities, such as excellent parks and nature reserves, a great choice of retail and hospitality venues, and transport links to Manchester and Liverpool, attracting many first-time buyers, families and commuters.
Mican Plastering’s services
Mican’s plastering team started work with Bellway and its appointed contractors on site during the summer of 2025 to deliver dry lining and plastering services to all 120 plots at Moss Bank Gardens. With the first few homes now complete, the new development continues to benefit from Mican’s services, delivering plastering to the highest industry standards which enables first-time buyers and families to enjoy their new homes for decades to come.

Project completion
As Mican continues to work on the Moss Bank Gardens development in Leigh, Greater Manchester, we look forward to completing it alongside Bellway and its other appointed contractors on site in the months ahead.
Initial plots are now either reserved or sold, with further plots to be released by Bellway in due course.
