Sherdley Green, on Elton Head Road in St Helens, will deliver a range of energy efficient 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes and apartments, targeted at first time buyers and growing families. The peaceful site includes areas of green open space and is located opposite Sherdley Park, giving homebuyers plenty of leisure and activity opportunities.
The accessible location is just a 10-minute drive from St Helens town centre and, ideally for commuters, just a 5-minute walk away from Lea Green train station and the M62 nearby. The development is the first in the North West to offer Taylor Wimpey’s new energy efficient home designs, with bright rooms and plenty of storage space.

Mican Plastering’s services
Mican’s plastering team started work with Taylor Wimpey and its appointed contractors on site during the first half of 2023 to delivering internal dry lining and plastering services to all 180 plots on site. Sherdley Green is now halfway through to completion, with majority of homes sold.
Our Merseyside team continues to use industry-leading plastering systems to complete all 180 plots to an immaculate plastering standard at Sherdley Green, backed by outstanding skills and knowledge to ensure prompt progress and completion of energy efficient homes in St Helens, Merseyside.
Project completion
Construction and work on site by all contractors, including Mican Plastering, is ongoing. Initial plots are now either reserved or sold, with further plots to be released by Taylor Wimpey in due course.
