Project brief

Fulshaw Manor in Wilmslow, home to designer boutiques, impressive restaurants, bars and cafes, is Story Homes’ first Cheshire development. Featuring a range of luxury 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, Fulshaw Manor will appeal to a range of potential homeowners.

Story Homes’ site at Fulshaw Manor includes attractive and spacious homes, which feature fully fitted designer kitchens, Porcelanosa bathroom tiles, and a variety of different external finishes and styles, creating unique homes that reflect modern living.

Mican Plastering’s services

The official launch for the development took place in April 2024, prior to which Mican Plastering completed internal dry lining and plastering services for the site’s show home.

With plot reservations now open, Mican Plastering is using industry-leading plastering systems to complete all 54 plots to an immaculate standard at Fulshaw Manor, backed by our team’s skills and knowledge to ensure prompt progression and completion of stunning new homes in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

Project completion

Construction and work on site by all contractors, including Mican Plastering, is ongoing. Initial plots are now being released for sale, with further plots to be released by Story Homes in due course.
