Project brief

Fulshaw Manor in Wilmslow, home to designer boutiques, impressive restaurants, bars and cafes, is Story Homes’ first Cheshire development. Featuring a range of luxury 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, Fulshaw Manor will appeal to a range of potential homeowners.

Story Homes’ site at Fulshaw Manor includes attractive and spacious homes, which feature fully fitted designer kitchens, Porcelanosa bathroom tiles, and a variety of different external finishes and styles, creating unique homes that reflect modern living.

Mican Plastering’s services

The official launch for the development took place in April 2024, prior to which Mican Plastering completed internal dry lining and plastering services for the site’s show home.

Throughout construction, Mican Plastering’s expert team progressed promptly through all 54 plots at the development in Wilmslow, using industry-leading plastering systems to compete dry lining and plastering services to an immaculate standard.

Project completion

All 54 plots are sold, and homebuyers are enjoying their new homes with smooth and professional dry lining, quality assured by our site teams and ready for decoration.
