Located just 6 miles from the centre of Stoke-on-Trent, and with great access to open countryside, Hollington Grange suits households of all sizes. From a good choice of schools to community amenities and local parks, Keepmoat’s executive development of 3 and 4-bedroom homes offers outstanding living spaces for families, first time buyers and commuters.
Keepmoat’s development at Hollington Grange includes classic and stylish homes from the brand’s collection, together with features such as clever storage and designs that maximise floor space and room sizes, creating comfortable living. An award-winning developer with a 5-star Home Builders Federation customer satisfaction score, Keepmoat commenced work at its Hollington Grange development in mid-2021 with a site plan comprising 157 plots.
Mican Plastering’s services
Mican Plastering was appointed in September 2023 by Keepmoat to deliver plastering services to 34 plots on its development at Hollington Grange, Stoke-on-Trent. Mican’s team, managed by our own in-house Site Supervisor, works closely alongside our client and its other appointed contractors to quality assure each home as the development progresses.
Mican’s internal plastering work to 34, 3 and 4-bedroom homes will prepare each plot for painting and finishing to a consistently high standard, ensuring good communication with the client team throughout and moving each plot towards completion.
Project completion
Keepmoat’s Hollington Grange commenced in mid-2021, with now over 50% of the site’s plots completed and sold.
Mican is proud to be working with Keepmoat at Hollington Grange in Stoke-on-Trent and looks forward to completing the site in line with our client’s vision in the coming months.
