Project brief

Mican Plastering is working with Primrose Developments to deliver external rendering and internal plastering services for 22 new residential homes located in the picturesque Whittle-le-Woods, Chorley.

This development consists of 22 traditional plots, with a combination of two, three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes. The site enjoys a quality location for people looking to raise their families in a local village community, or for professionals looking for good links to the motorway to commute across the North West region.

Mican Plastering’s services

Mican began work on the Whittle-le-Woods site in July 2018, and continues to work with Primrose on the development to complete external rendering and internal plastering for the modern new homes.

Mican has previously worked with Primrose on other similar developments, as a result of which we’ve built an excellent client relationship which helps projects run smoothly, with Mican managing and supervising full delivery of our plastering services to ensure our work is completed to a quality finish for client satisfaction.

Project completion

The Primrose site at Whittle-le-Woods has been under construction since 2018, and is scheduled for completion in the next year.

Mican is proud to be associated with this development, which enjoys a quality design and build in an enviable location. Our team looks forward to seeing the project come to life in 2019!
