Project brief
A new development of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses, Mican Plastering worked alongside client Jones Homes to deliver plastering services for the second phase of the project. This prestigious development creates a new community in an excellent location convenient for many North West towns and cities.
As with all Jones Homes properties, homes are bespoke designed using traditional skills with a modern focus and finished to an exceptional standard. Our excellent relationship with Jones ensured a consistent and high quality result across the second phase’s 90 properties.
Mican Plastering’s services
Mican Plastering was appointed to deliver internal dry lining and wall lining plastering services to 90 new-build homes at Rivington Grange.
A smooth and high-quality finish was achieved through Mican’s trademark attention to detail, and our dedicated site teams enjoyed excellent relationships with the client and others on site. Fully managed and quality assured, Mican Plastering supported Jones Homes with a complete solution.
Project completion
The build of the second phase is underway and Mican started work on site in June 2019.
Completion of the development has yet to be confirmed. Show homes have been completed and are open for viewing, allowing future homeowners to see the standard of property available at the site. Mican’s team is looking forward to seeing the project through to its close.
