Located in the popular Cheshire village Holmes Chapel, Saltersford Gardens is a development of executive homes targeted to families, professionals, first-time buyers and those looking to downsize to a new home with easy access to countryside.

Saltersford Gardens’ 3, 4 and 5-bedroom houses, as well as affordable apartments and 2-bedroom homes, are situated close to local amenities and offer excellent links to the whole North West. Mican Plastering is pleased to have supported Russell Homes with internal plastering and external rendering across the site.

Mican Plastering’s services

Mican Plastering’s specification for this development included use of SpecSure British Gypsum products, providing additional quality reassurance for both our client and its buyers. Internal plastering and dry lining, together with external render of 93 units at the site, including apartments and houses, has been completed by Mican’s efficient and self-managed team.

Finishing the exterior of properties using rough-cast Weber, Mican has professionally managed our site teams through our trained supervisors, maintaining our excellent quality standards and working safely alongside our client and its contractors for seamless project delivery.

Project completion

Mican is pleased to have supported Russell Homes with its successful completion of Saltersford Gardens in 2020, and with all units sold the developer can now progress to its future developments with confidence.
