Project brief

This exclusive development in a prime location comprises 29 properties, ranging from 1- to 4-bedrooms. Targeted to families and professionals, each home has been designed to suit modern lifestyles with contemporary features and quality fittings by leading brands including Bosch and Porcelanosa.

Silk Rose Place is Mican’s first project with Eccleston Homes, and we were delighted to have been appointed to deliver plastering contractor services to the full development. Professionally managed and quality assured by our own team throughout, our work complements our client’s approach to traditional quality values.

Mican Plastering’s services

Mican Plastering was appointed by deliver internal and external plastering services at Silk Rose Place. Together with internal dry lining on every unit, external render to selected properties according to design was completed to a scrape finish using K-Rend as per our client’s specification.

Enjoying excellent experience of work on similar executive developments, Mican’s team was managed and work quality assured by our own Site Supervisors through to completion of the final home. With good communication and implementation of COVID-19 safety practices on site, Mican worked efficiently throughout to complete the project to an excellent standard.

Project completion

Mican completed work at Silk Rose Place in late 2020, having worked on site safely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

All properties have now been sold, and Mican Plastering is pleased to have successfully supported this highly desirable development whilst establishing strong new client relationships.
