Project brief
Littleborough’s Stubley Meadows will comprise 100 homes on completion, almost all of which are 3 or 4-bedroom. Set in plenty of greenery and enjoying great views, Russell Homes will build 12 different styles of home on site, including open-plan and traditional layouts to suit the needs of any buyer. Public realm and a children's park will create relaxing surroundings for young families in particular.
Situated in a semi-rural location in Littleborough, Rochdale, Stubley Meadows is well-placed for homeowners to enjoy access to great schools, outdoor amenities including parks and Hollingwood Lake, and a good choice of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities.
Mican Plastering’s services
Mican Plastering is delivering internal dry lining plastering services to Stubley Meadows’ timber-framed construction properties. Appointed and starting work on site in Q1 2021, Mican is working alongside Russell’s contractor teams on the ongoing initial phases of the development through to its completion, with Covid-safe working practices and excellent site leadership keeping our work on track.
Mican is using British Gypsum products on Stubley Meadows, as specified by our client in its development plan. Properties will benefit from the brand’s Specsure® unique warranty scheme, giving both our client and their buyers confidence in our plastering systems and their lasting performance.
Project completion
Appointed in Q1 2021, Mican’s team has now completed all 100 plots on site at Stubley Meadows with the majority of plots now sold and occupied.
