Conveniently situated close to motorway links across the North West, and with good access to rural Lancashire, Whittle-le-Woods is a growing village with excellent schools and community amenities to suit households of all sizes. Sycamore Manor is an executive development of 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom homes by Redrow, offering outstanding living spaces for modern lifestyles.

Situated on the outskirts of the village, Redrow’s range at Sycamore Manor includes classic and stylish homes from the brand’s Heritage Collection, together with open-plan, roomy Lifestyle homes for comfortable living and entertaining. An award-winning developer with a national reputation for quality, Redrow commenced work at Sycamore Manor in early 2022 with a site plan comprising around 54 plots.

Mican Plastering’s services

A specialist plastering contractor in Lancashire for leading national housebuilders, Mican is pleased to be appointed by Redrow to support its development at Sycamore Manor. Delivering internal drylining services to all plots, our team, managed by our own in-house Site Supervisor, works closely alongside our client and its other appointed contractors to quality assure each home as the development progresses.

The range of homes at Sycamore Manor extends from 3-bed homes with roomy, en-suite bedrooms and open-plan living spaces, to the executive ‘Heritage’ Blenheim and Marlborough 5-bedroom properties with luxurious interiors including dressing rooms and a choice of living spaces. Mican’s internal plastering work will prepare all interiors ready for painting and finishing to a consistently high standard, ensuring good communication with the client team and moving each plot towards completion.

Project completion

Redrow’s construction at Sycamore Manor commenced in early 2022, with now over ½ of the site’s plots completed and sold.

Mican is delighted to be working with Redrow at Sycamore Manor and looks forward to bringing the site to completion in the months ahead.
