Project brief
Constructed on a former golf course in a popular village on the outskirts of Wigan, Phase 1 of The Fairways comprised 45 plots of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom new build homes. Mican Plastering was delighted to be appointed by Persimmon to deliver internal plastering services across all units, each positioned to maximise the development’s unique position.
The Fairways offers excellent access to the local area, close to countryside and parks but with convenient transport links to the wider North West on its doorstep. Finished to the highest standard, our client’s affordable family homes appeal to a wide range of couples, families and professionals.
Mican Plastering’s services
Using British Gypsum products, Mican Plastering has completed the first 45 units of Phase 1 at The Fairways. Our internal plastering services are efficient, with site teams and supervisors enjoying unmatched understanding and experience of working with large national housebuilders such as Persimmon.
Our approach to attention to detail and quality matches that of our client, and Mican enjoys an excellent reputation for quality-assured seamless finishes, professionally managed on site by our own team.
Project completion
Having completed Phase 1, Mican Plastering is pleased to have been appointed by Persimmon to undertake internal plastering services on The Fairways Phase 2’s 170 plots.
This new award will ensure consistency of delivery across the whole development, with homes completed to an exceptional standard by our team throughout and services supported by our highly skilled site supervisors and strong residential sector experience.
