Mican Plastering’s services

Mican Plastering is delivering internal dry lining services to The Meadows at Rosebank’s 26 phase 2 properties, completing the project using British Gypsum across all plots. Mican is an accredited British Gypsum installer, and Gleeson’s homebuyers will benefit from a unique SpecSure® warranty that provides great quality reassurance on the finish of every Mican plot.

Our site team started work at the development during 2021, with the project set to complete in early 2022. Mican’s dedicated site supervisors, trained in-house and with years’ of experience on the tools, quality-assure our work on every plot to the high standards our family business is renowned for, whilst always maintaining excellent site safety and strong client communication that progresses projects efficiently to meet our client’s build programme.

Project completion

Commencing work on site in 2021, Mican will support Gleeson throughout construction and through to completion in 2022.

Plots at The Meadows proved popular and have sold out across both phases 1 and 2, demonstrating excellent returns for Gleeson in this popular residential area.
