Mican Plastering is delighted to support Charles Church with this exclusive new development in Maghull. Situated around 10 miles north of Liverpool city centre, the site comprises a collection of detached four and five-bedroom homes targeted to families, young professionals and first-time buyers.

Mican Plastering’s services

Mican Plastering has been appointed to deliver internal plastering and dry lining services at The Pavilions, working on all 27 executive plots to complete each property to an exceptional standard, quality assured by our own Site Supervisors.

Enjoying over 40 years’ experience in working with housebuilders in the North West, Mican delivers time-served plastering skills to The Pavilions working alongside other contractors and the client’s site teams to complete our work professionally and on time.

Project completion

Mican started work on site at The Pavilions, Maghull in December 2018.

The project is expected to reach completion in late 2020, with the marketing suite now open for viewings. We’re looking forward to seeing this bespoke development become an eye-catching feature of the local area.
