Project brief

Working closely with the Jones Homes site team, Mican is pleased to be appointed to this bespoke new development. Jones Homes’ ‘Sanctuary’ developments are located in key North West areas, offering collections of beautifully-designed mature living cottages and apartments targeted to the over 55s.

Residents will enjoy a wide range of on site facilities and features to allow them to enjoy life in comfort, security and handy access to public transport allows easy access to wider local areas. The Sanctuary, Wilmslow, will be finished both internally and externally to an exceptionally high standard by Mican’s team.

Mican Plastering’s services

To be developed in a number of phases, Mican Plastering will undertake internal plastering services for The Sanctuary, Wilmslow’s initial 30 units. The property’s external render will be completed using K-Rend to a scrape finish.

Highly experienced in residential development, our on site plastering teams will work together with other contractors, fully managed and quality assured by our own Site Supervisors to deliver the professional finish we’re proud of.

Project completion

Mican started work on site at The Sanctuary, Wilmslow in March 2019.

The first phase of the development’s 2 and 3-bedroom units is expected to be completed in November 2019. Future phases will create on site leisure facilities and amenities for this exciting new mature community.

In October 2019, The Sanctuary and its site manager Rob Bennett was awarded the NHBC Seal of Excellence. This prestigious award recognises delivery of this project to the highest standard, and we are delighted to support our client Jones Homes through to completion of this award-winning development.
