Cheshire town Winsford is home to Linden Homes’ The Weavers, a development of 82 plots offering new 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, as well as a collection of 1 and 2-bedroom affordable properties, for commuters, families and first-time buyers. Open-plan kitchen and dining areas, good-sized living rooms and quality specifications make for comfortable homes throughout The Weavers.

Winsford and its surrounding area is a hive of activity, with excellent access to national rail and road links, plenty of local amenities and nearby Cheshire attractions including Oulton Park, Delamere Forest and Go Ape.

Mican Plastering’s services

Linden Homes has appointed Mican Plastering to deliver internal dry lining plastering services to The Weavers, completing the site’s 82 units including affordable apartments, detached, semi-detached and mews properties alongside our client’s site team and other appointed contractors.

Since 1975, Mican Plastering has supported major housebuilder clients such as Linden across Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Lancashire with quality-assured plastering services undertaken by an experienced team. Our own site supervisors ensure the quality and consistency of our work, with every property finished to the excellent standards we’re known for.

Project completion

Appointed in Q2 2021, Mican’s team has now completed all plots on site at The Weavers with the majority of plots now sold and occupied.
