Appointed and beginning work on site in Q1 2021, Mican worked alongside Russell’s contractor teams on each phase of the development right through to completion, with excellent site leadership that kept our work on track.

Mican’s team has completed all 100 plots on site at Stubley Meadows with the majority of plots now sold and occupied. We are pleased to have worked with Russell Homes on completing these modern, beautiful new properties for Rochdale.

Mican Plastering was appointed by Linden Homes to deliver internal dry lining plastering services and external rendering to Phases 1 and 2 of Heath Farm. Our skilful team has supported Linden’s client and contractor teams throughout initial phases of the development, with all work managed and quality assured by our dedicated site supervisor.
