Mican is completing the Cheshire site’s 268 much-needed new homes with a clean, sleek plastering finish that’s ready for decoration.

Dry lining & rendering at Russell Homes’ ‘Brook View’ development in Cheshire by Mican Plastering

Mican is appointed to all 103 plots at Brook View, helping our client to create this beautiful new community for Wincham in a peaceful parkland setting that’s convenient for amenities including schools, leisure and retail. Construction at Brook View commenced in early 2022, with Mican’s team continuing to complete all interiors in line with our client's specification to prepare properties ready for painting. As always, all work is supervised by our dedicated site managers, each trained in-house to ensure quality and consistency of service.

The site is continuing to progress, with the Sales Office now completed and initial plots reserved and released for sale. Mican is pleased to be working with Russell Homes on Brook View's properties in Wincham, Cheshire.

Mican Plastering was appointed by national housebuilder Watkin Jones to deliver internal dry lining to all 84 4-bedroom homes on Alexandra Gardens' Phase 1 15.75-acre site, ideal for those looking to make the most of the peaceful surroundings in one of the country’s most desirable counties.

Construction and work on site by all contractors, including Mican, is ongoing and initial plots are now being released for sale, with further plots to be released by Watkin Jones in due course.
