During Q1 of 2023 Mican’s professional plastering services have – as always – been undertaken to the highest of standards, completing hundreds of new homes for major housebuilders and smaller, regional developers throughout Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.

Construction across our sites is ongoing, with reservations and sales well underway.

Internal & external plastering services for Stubley Meadows, Rochdale, Greater Manchester

Mican Plastering was appointed to Stubley Meadows by Russell Homes in 2021. The site comprises 96 plots in 12 different styles of property, featuring traditional and open plan layouts. Mican continues to deliver internal dry lining and external rendering services at this semi-rural, scenic Greater Manchester site.

With over 75% of homes now sold, Mican will continue to work alongside Russell Homes through to completion of the site, backed by our partnership working approach that we’re renowned for.

Plastering contractor services for Russell Homes’ Brook View development in Wincham, Cheshire

Mican was appointed to deliver plastering contractor services to all 103 plots at Brook View and construction commenced in early 2022. The site features 9 different house types including 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom detached, semi-detached, affordable homes and apartments. Early plots are now being released and sold, with early plots already now reserved.

Mican will continue to deliver expert internal drylining and external render plastering contractor services to progress homes towards completion of this exciting new community for Wincham, Cheshire.

Plastering services by Mican Plastering at Engie’s huge The Woodlands site in Winsford, Cheshire

At the beginning of July 2022, Mican started our plastering contractor work on this new development for Engie of 268 low carbon homes in Winsford, Cheshire.

The sales and marketing suite is now open on the site and construction is progressing through early plots which are now being released for reservation. Our team will continue to deliver internal dry lining plastering contractor services to the beautifully located site, to complete much-needed new homes for both the local authority and private buyers.

Executive homes at Sycamore Manor, Chorley, Lancashire feature internal plastering by Mican

Sycamore Manor is an executive development of 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom homes by Redrow, offering outstanding living spaces for modern lifestyles. Construction on site by our major housebuilder client commenced in early 2022, and progressed throughout 2022 into this year. Mican is delivering internal drylining plastering contractor services to all 54 plots, and 70% of these classic and stylish plots are now reserved or sold.

Mican Plastering’s internal plastering work prepared all interiors ready for painting and finishing to a consistently high standard, ensuring good communication with the client team whilst moving each plot towards completion.
