👷🏽 Mican gets plastering work underway at Anderton Green, St Helens with Taylor Wimpey

During Q4 2022, Mican Plastering got internal dry lining plastering work underway with Taylor Wimpey at its Anderton Green site in St Helens, Merseyside.

Construction at this large new site has commenced, and once completed will deliver 258 quality new homes. Creating a desirable new community close to the town centre, Anderton Green will offer great access to amenities including schools, shops, the rail network and sports, making the development ideal for families, first time buyers, and those looking to downsize.

Anderton Green's collection of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom new homes will be surrounded by attractive landscaping, a tree-lined main road, open play areas, footpaths and cycleways, making for a peaceful setting on the outskirts of town.

Once fully developed, Anderton Green will comprise up to 900 new homes, as well as open spaces and sports pitches, providing vital new accommodation for residents and connectivity into St Helens and the local area.

Mican Plastering is appointed by Taylor Wimpey to complete internal dry lining to all plots on site at Anderton Green.
