Mican Plastering has been on site at Heath Farm, Partington since early 2021, delivering internal dry lining and external render services to housebuilder and developer Linden Homes.

This sizeable development will, at its completion, comprise 148 new homes, including affordable properties to help first time buyers make their first step on the property ladder. The site is close to transport links across the North West, particularly Manchester, and rural walks at Dunham Massey and the Trans Pennine Trail are all within easy reach.

Mican's team has recently completed early plots on site at Heath Farm, and continues to move through Phase 1 alongside our client and its contractors. The show home is complete, and the site's first release of homes has fully sold out with a further phase to be released in the autumn.
