Mican Plastering appointed by Russell Homes to Stubley Meadows, Rochdale

Mican Plastering has been appointed by Russell Homes to deliver internal and external plastering contractor services at its new Stubley Meadows site in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.

Situated in a semi-rural location in Littleborough, Rochdale, Stubley Meadows is well-placed for homeowners to enjoy access to great schools, outdoor amenities including parks and Hollingwood Lake, and a good choice of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. Importantly, Manchester city centre and the M62 are close by for commuters.

Stubley Meadows will comprise 96 homes on completion, almost all of which are 3 or 4-bedroom. Set in plenty of greenery, Russell Homes will build 12 different styles of home on site, including open-plan and traditional layouts to suit the needs of any buyer. Public realm and a children's park will create relaxing surroundings for young families in particular.
