Mican Plastering appointed to new development for Eccleston Homes

Mican Plastering’s team is pleased to have recently been appointed by Eccleston Homes to deliver internal and external plastering services at its new development in Macclesfield.

Silk Rose Place is an exclusive development of 29 properties ranging from 1 to 4-bedrooms, conveniently located for access to the Peak District, Cheshire and the Macclesfield community which offers plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities.

Our work at Silk Rose Place will be our first project with Eccleston Homes and we’re delighted to be working with this unique and award-winning developer which takes an innovative, sustainable and family-focused approach to its properties.

Taking in modern building techniques, processes which create better reliability and using quality suppliers, Eccleston Homes’ properties at Silk Rose Place will be completed by excellent interior design.

Mican Plastering’s services and specification

Mican will complete internal plastering services, together with external render completed to a scrape finish and using K-Rend to the client’s specification.

Work will start on site during autumn 2019, and work is expected to take around 12 months.
