Mican Plastering appointed to new projects in advance of 2022

In advance of 2022, Mican Plastering's team is pleased to be appointed to new projects in Cheshire and Lancashire for leading regional and national housebuilders.

Added into our project planning schedule for the new year will be:

✔ Brook View, Wincham, Cheshire - Russell Homes

Brook View is a new site coming soon in Wincham from Manchester-based developer Russell Homes. Mican's plastering contractor team has already supported Russell on sites including Stubley Meadows, Rochdale, Greater Manchester and Saltersford Gardens, Cheshire, and enjoys excellent understanding of our client's property styles, homebuyers and customer base.

We're pleased to be appointed to Brook View, which on completion will comprise 103 timber-framed, 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom homes. Mican Plastering will deliver internal drylining and external render to properties across the site, with plot sales due to commence in the new year.

✔ Sycamore Manor, Whittle-le-Woods, Lancashire - Redrow Homes

This executive Redrow site in Lancashire, on the outskirts of Chorley, will feature around 54 large new homes, each with 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms. Boasting some of Redrow's largest property styles, these impressive homes are well-appointed for modern families whilst enjoying an excellent position with easy access to the wider North West.

Mican Plastering will work with Redrow to complete internal drylining plastering services to Sycamore Manor, having worked with this leading national housebuilder previously on developments including the large Bridgewater View site in Mosley Common, Greater Manchester.
