Mican Plastering starts work at Heath Farm, Partington, Greater Manchester

Mican Plastering has started work on site at Linden Homes' new Heath Farm development in Partington, Greater Manchester.

Appointed to deliver internal dry lining and external rendering services to Phases 1 and 2 of the development, construction is now underway and our site team in place.

Heath Farm occupies a great location just outside Manchester city centre, with easy access to Cheshire and surrounding open areas, as well as good local schools and amenities. 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes will be constructed in phases, with 80 homes to be delivered under Phase 1 and a further 68 under Phase 2.

As work commences, Mican's specialist plastering team looks forward to working with Linden Homes on this site alongside our client's other appointed contractors and project managers.
