Mican Plastering was appointed in September 2023 by Keepmoat to deliver plastering services to 34 plots on its development at Hollington Grange, Stoke-on-Trent. Our team, managed by our own in-house Site Supervisor, worked closely alongside our client and its other appointed contractors to quality assure each home through to completion in May 2024.

Keepmoat’s development at Hollington Grange included classic and stylish homes from the brand’s collection, together with features such as clever storage and designs that maximised floor space and room sizes, creating cosy and enjoyable living spaces.

Mican’s internal plastering work to 34, 3 and 4-bedroom homes prepared each plot for painting and finishing to a consistently high standard, ensuring good communication with the client team from start to finish. With a selection of quality schools, community facilities and nearby parks, Keepmoat’s executive development of new homes offers comfortable living spaces, perfect for families, first time buyers and commuters.

Mican worked with Bellway as a trusted plastering contractor at Copperfields, Poynton in Cheshire

Dry lining, plastering & rendering services completed at Bellway’s Copperfields, Poynton development by Mican Plastering to over 80 plots.

At the start of 2023, Mican Plastering’s Cheshire team started work with Bellway on its new Copperfields site, just on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Poynton in Cheshire.

Copperfields, on Dickens Lane in Poynton, Cheshire comprises 3 and 4-bedroom homes surrounded by countryside, well-placed for first-time buyers and families to enjoy access to outdoor amenities, including the Peak District which is home to the UK’s first national park, lakes and a great choice of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Mican’s plastering contractor team worked with Bellway and its appointed contractors on site in Cheshire to deliver plastering services to all 80+ plots on site, sales of which have now been completed and are occupied.

Award-winning national housebuilder Redrow appointed Mican Plastering in early 2022 to deliver internal drylining to all executive homes at this superb development which complements homeowner lifestyles. Tucked away in peaceful surroundings on the outskirts of Whittle-le-Woods, near Chorley, Redrow’s range at Sycamore Manor comprises around 54 plots of 3-,4- and 5- luxury bedroom homes.

With all of the site’s plots completed, sold and occupied, our expert team worked closely alongside our client and its other appointed contractors to complete each plot to an unbeatable standard.
