Developing the next generation with work experience at Mican

Student Maddie Boden completed work experience with our team last week, getting to grips with office procedures and our planning processes, as well as learning more about our work on site.

Supported by Office Administrator Elaine and MD Ian, Maddie was introduced to office life, including accounts, administration and the planning of our site resources to ensure projects for our Cheshire, Lancashire and Manchester housebuilder clients run smoothly. Maddie was then given the opportunity to learn more about our work on site, with developments of new-build homes continuing across the North West and continued demand for quality plastering contractor services.

Further, we invest in apprenticeships, with apprentice Will currently working on site alongside our experienced plastering contractor teams.
