Project latest: Mican supports clients through construction of new sites across Manchester, Lancashire & Cheshire

Mican Plastering's plastering contractor teams throughout Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire have continued to support our clients during the first half of 2022, delivering professional plastering services to complete hundreds of new homes in the North West.

Sites are progressing well, with reservations and sales underway for those still under construction and completed sites now occupied.

Stubley Meadows, Rochdale, Greater Manchester

Mican Plastering was appointed to Stubley Meadows by Russell Homes in 2021. Construction of the site is now around 50% complete, and Mican continues to deliver internal dry lining and external rendering at this semi-rural, scenic Greater Manchester site.

The site comprises 96 plots in 12 different styles of property, featuring traditional and open-plan layouts. Work will continue during 2022, with over 65% of the development now sold and reserved.

Heath Farm, Partington, Manchester

Around 50% of the Heath Farm, Partington site in Greater Manchester is now constructed by our client Linden Homes. This sizeable development will comprise 148 new homes once complete, located on a site close to open green spaces and offering good routes into Manchester and the wider North West.

Mican Plastering continues to deliver internal dry lining and external rendering services to Phases 1 and 2 of Heath Farm's 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, including affordable homes to help first-time buyers make that all-important first step in home ownership.

The Links, Standish, Greater Manchester

Part of an extensive development site, construction of The Links by our client Charles Church has now completed. Located on the former Standish Golf Club in Wigan, Greater Manchester, The Links offers smart 3, 4 and 5-bedroom new homes which were constructed across two phases.

Mican Plastering's plastering contractor team delivered internal dry lining plastering services to The Links using British Gypsum systems which will give additional reassurance to our client and its buyers as to the quality of the plastering installation in every plot.
